In September 2023, Cephas Pipelines Corporation and the former KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA merged to form the new KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA. As a leading fluid control valve manufacturer in Korea, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our customers and society, supporting societal infrastructure, and playing a role in fostering a rich global environment and a sustainable future.
Founded in 1990, Cephas Pipelines Corp. began as a butterfly valve specialist, supporting not only domestic but also international societal infrastructures.
Particularly, we have supplied numerous products to power plants worldwide, desalination facilities, water treatment plants, and petrochemical factories.
After joining the KITZ Group in 2018, we have been consistently receiving trust from our customers for our reliable quality and delivery management.
The former KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA was launched in 2018 as a domestic sales base for KITZ Group products.

The KITZ Group, as an integrated valve company, continues to build a strong network both domestically in Japan and internationally, boasting a diverse product lineup of 90,000 items.
In addition to the KITZ brand, we own several brands that require specialized technologies focused on functionality and structure. The Cephas Pipelines brand will take on a portion of this, continuing as a hub for the manufacture and sale of high-performance, large-diameter butterfly valves.
Moving forward, together with the KITZ Group, our employees will unite to provide our customers with reliable quality, price, and delivery times that meet their satisfaction.
Furthermore, we will continuously adapt in a constantly changing environment and persistently challenge new fields.
We have also been earning trust in Korea and expanding support for the comprehensive valve manufacturer KITZ.
Both companies are sincerely grateful to our valued customers who trust and use our products.

Since its inception in 1990, KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA has supported the infrastructure of society as a specialized manufacturer of butterfly valves.
In particular, we have delivered many products to thermal power plants, seawater desalination facilities, water facilities, petrochemical plants, etc. around the world.
Recently, we have received significant trust from domestic shipbuilders, and we are expanding our delivery to the shipbuilding market.
We joined the group of KITZ CORPORATION, a Japanese general valve manufacturer, in 2018. As a result, production processes, quality control, and delivery management have evolved significantly.
Compared to the past, our fundamental position as a valve manufacturer has notably improved.
In addition, we are expanding our delivery territories and areas through cooperation with Kitz Group's sales network.
We firmly believe that we must always strive to be a manufacturer that is both trusted and needed by our customers.
We are committed to supplying high-quality, high-performance butterfly valves recognized by our customers, and we are working on various improvements every day.
We will continue to make great progress through small daily improvements, aiming to become the No. 1 valve manufacturer in Korea. ORGANIZATION CHART

Our organization is made up of various departments with the CEO and Vice President overseeing the entire company. The Sales department is divided into Export and Domestic divisions, handling overseas and domestic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects, respectively. Four directors are responsible for each department

HISTORY

Since its establishment in 1990, KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA has supplied various valves across power plants (nuclear, hydro, combined), shipbuilding (sea applications, LNG, Cargo Line, etc.), desalination projects (up to DN4000), and oil & gas industries. KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA is certified by several international associations (CE, ISO, KM, EM, etc.) and exports our valves to the World Wide Market.

The current KITZ CORPORATION OF KOREA was originally established as CEPHAS PIPELINES CORP. in Busan, Korea.

1998

Registered in K.O.P.E.C for Nuclear power plant

2002

Acquired CE mark for whole butterfly valves from SGS.
